About the role

  • Manage a talented EMEA sales team—Enterprise Executives and Business Development—setting clear goals, driving accountability, and coaching for success.
  • Design and execute go-to-market strategies that align with global priorities and deliver measurable impact.
  • From executive-level engagement to negotiation and closing, you’ll be hands-on in winning complex enterprise deals.
  • Maintain pipeline visibility and ensure predictable performance through rigorous MEDDPICC discipline.
  • Partner with Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Operations to maximize commercial outcomes.
  • Strengthen Seeq’s brand in EMEA through strategic account planning and C-suite relationships.
  • Hire, mentor, and empower your team to achieve peak performance.
  • Share insights, market intelligence, and strategic recommendations with the executive team.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in enterprise software sales—ideally in industrial analytics, IIoT, cloud, or related fields.
  • Proven success leading high-performing teams across diverse EMEA markets.
  • A track record of closing complex enterprise deals and exceeding targets.
  • Expertise in MEDDPICC or similar enterprise sales methodologies.
  • Strategic thinker with tactical execution skills in fast-paced environments.
  • Exceptional communication, executive presence, and stakeholder management.
  • Experience in global, matrixed organizations is a plus.
  • Growth mindset, adaptability, and passion for learning.
