About the role
- Manage a talented EMEA sales team—Enterprise Executives and Business Development—setting clear goals, driving accountability, and coaching for success.
- Design and execute go-to-market strategies that align with global priorities and deliver measurable impact.
- From executive-level engagement to negotiation and closing, you’ll be hands-on in winning complex enterprise deals.
- Maintain pipeline visibility and ensure predictable performance through rigorous MEDDPICC discipline.
- Partner with Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Operations to maximize commercial outcomes.
- Strengthen Seeq’s brand in EMEA through strategic account planning and C-suite relationships.
- Hire, mentor, and empower your team to achieve peak performance.
- Share insights, market intelligence, and strategic recommendations with the executive team.
Requirements
- 10+ years in enterprise software sales—ideally in industrial analytics, IIoT, cloud, or related fields.
- Proven success leading high-performing teams across diverse EMEA markets.
- A track record of closing complex enterprise deals and exceeding targets.
- Expertise in MEDDPICC or similar enterprise sales methodologies.
- Strategic thinker with tactical execution skills in fast-paced environments.
- Exceptional communication, executive presence, and stakeholder management.
- Experience in global, matrixed organizations is a plus.
- Growth mindset, adaptability, and passion for learning.
