• Define the Value-Engine: Own the Seedsight product roadmap, prioritizing features that drive the highest Customer Lifetime Value (LTV) and market differentiation.
• Design and refine the end-to-end PaaS experience, ensuring the integration of hardware (sensors) and software (AI analytics) is seamless, scalable, and sold as a high-margin recurring service.
• Convert complex photonics and data concepts into clear, ROI-driven value propositions that resonate with both technical buyers and commercial executives.
• Validate new product verticals through pilot projects, ensuring that every feature developed solves a "pain point" worth paying for.
• Design, sell, and oversee Paid Pilot programs, defining success metrics for these pilots to ensure they convert into full-scale commercial deployments.
• Test current go-to-market (GTM) strategies and validate alternative ones, including value-based pricing models that align Seedsight’s revenue with the success of clients.
