• Design and prototype large-scale open-world maps and survival game content, including NPC systems, landmark design, lootable content, and resource balancing.
• Hands-on prototyping, tuning, and implementing survival systems (NPC AI, loot economy, resource balance, landmark logic).
• Collaborate with art, engineering, audio, and QA to realize design vision.
• Create detailed design documentation (GDDs, flowcharts, wireframes).
• Iterate on designs based on playtesting feedback, data analysis, and market trends.
• Champion player experience and ensure polish and quality.

Senior Game Designer

• Design and prototype compelling large-scale open-world maps and survival game content, including NPC systems (enemies, wildlife), landmark design layout & integration, lootable content, and resource implementation & balancing.
• Be directly hands-on in prototyping, tuning, and implementing survival systems (NPC AI, loot economy, resource balance, landmark logic).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (art, engineering, audio, QA) to ensure design vision is realized.
• Create detailed design documentation, including GDDs, flowcharts, and wireframes.
• Iterate on designs based on playtesting feedback, data analysis, and market trends.
• Champion player experience and ensure a high level of polish and quality.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
• Report to the Lead Game Designer and work closely with the Creative Director on the vision of the game.

Accountant

• Establish and maintain clear separation of finances across Seedify, Seedworld, and executive holdings.
• Set up and oversee wallets and bank accounts to ensure transparent entity-level accounting.
• Develop and maintain accurate accounting records for annual compliance requirements.
• Manage tax and annual return obligations for Seedworld and Seedify in coordination with jurisdiction-specific contractors.
• Translate digital asset activity into accounting records and tax-ready documentation.
• Design and implement robust financial processes to strengthen operational stability.
• Monitor and analyze monthly expenses, payroll, service pricing, and cash flows.
• Support the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial projections.
• Deliver regular financial reports to management and stakeholders.
• Provide actionable insights to optimize costs and improve financial decision-making.

Engineer

• Seedworld Studios is looking for an Anti Cheat Engineer to join our team and ensure the integrity and security of our multiplayer experience, focusing on implementing reliable anti-cheat solutions such as Epic Online Services.
• Strengthening internal systems to prevent exploits and protect gameplay.
• This position is key to maintaining fair play, securing our network, and supporting developers with best practices in game security.
• Responsibilities:
• Own, integrate and maintain anti-cheat solutions within the game engine (e.g., Epic Online Services)
• Ensure the security of game clients and servers
• Analyze and address vulnerabilities, cheats, and exploits
• Protect low-level network interactions
• Develop and maintain documentation on best game security practices
• Train developers and content managers on security measures
• Monitor and improve anti-cheat systems and processes
• Requirements:
• Unreal Engine 4,5 - solid experience, minimum 4-5 years
• Strong programming skills in C/C++ with understanding of multithreading
• Experience with Epic Online Services (anti-cheat) or similar integrations
• Understanding of networking technologies and multiplayer game vulnerabilities
• Strong teamwork, communication skills, and attention to detail
• Self-motivated, analytical mindset, problem-solving ability
• Nice to have:
• Ability to perform reverse engineering to analyze malicious code
• Reverse engineering skills, experience with IDA Pro or Ghidra
• Experience with packet capturing and traffic analysis tools (e.g., Wireshark)
• Experience with Web3
