About the role
- Consult and collaborate with internal partners and clients to design trip experiences informed by investor insights that align with investor interests, needs, and desire to experience Bible translation and participate in dedications
- Oversee the life-cycle of multiple dedications and trips simultaneously, including the planning, design, trip implementation, and post-trip follow-up
- Manage communication and workflow between internal partners, external vendors, internal clients, and international partner offices
- Maintain master schedule of all trips, tracking major tasks and milestones, timelines, and budgets
- Arrange and coordinate with Field Group, Partner offices, logistics companies, and travel agencies all in-country logistics
- Utilize the understanding of Principal Gifts and illumiNations fundraising strategies and Seed Company’s work within various countries to design world-class investor experiences
- Collaborate closely with Gift Officers and the Development Operations team to obtain data and research on upcoming dedications and trip opportunities
- Work with the Salesforce team to maintain all trips through campaigns to track details and metrics internally
- Research travel advisories, flights, logistics, and culture to inform trip experiences
- Act as the primary driver for the development of all facets of assigned events
- Create and monitor projections and budgets for Seed Company-related events
Requirements
- Strong faith in Jesus Christ as Savior; God-honoring lifestyle

- Championing Seed Company’s vision, mission, and values
- Bachelor’s Degree (in Business Management or Communications) or eight years of equivalent experience
- Desired years of experience in project management, international/domestic travel, event management, or related field
- Vast experience with Adobe and MS Office Suite – PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Word, SharePoint
- Must be on-call 24-7 when a trip is in the field
- Ability to problem solve and remain calm in difficult or complex situations
- Knowledge of video editing, trimming, and adding captions is highly desired
- Able to work various hours to connect with our international partners
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Assists team members when needed to accomplish team goals
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Self-motivated and self-directed
- Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
- Must have a valid U.S. Passport
