• Lead the multi-site (5) TPM strategy, roadmap, and governance to drive a zero-loss culture across all facilities.
• Build and mentor leaders and pillar owners.
• Implement standardized TPM methodologies, assessments, and KPIs aligned with corporate standards.
• Facilitate maturity assessments and best-practice sharing across sites to accelerate capability building.

• Develop, coach, and grow TPM and IE talent pipelines across all sites.
• Train plant leadership teams in TPM concepts, loss tree analysis, and continuous-improvement foundations.

Director of Industrial Performance

Analyst

• Develop, maintain, and support the Workday platform, with a primary focus on Benefits, FSA administration, Annual Enrollment, core HCM, Reporting, and Security
• Lead Benefits configuration and ongoing administration, including health, welfare, and voluntary plans, eligibility rules, event-driven processes, FSA/HSA integrations, testing, and issue resolution
• Annual Enrollment (AE) and Open Enrollment cycles, including end-to-end planning, configuration, testing, validation, deployment, cutover, and post-go-live support; ensure accurate plan setup, cost calculations, employee experience, and vendor file outputs
• Configure and implement business process framework (BPF) changes, eligibility rules, condition rules, and validation logic to support optimized, compliant, and scalable HR and Benefits processes
• Provide day-to-day Workday system support, troubleshooting complex data, Benefits, security, and reporting issues; identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions within governance standards
• Design, build, and maintain complex Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics, including advanced, matrix, composite, and calculated field-based reporting to support Benefits operations, compliance, finance, and executive decision-making

• Manage and administer components of total compensation, including employee benefits, salaries and bonus programs, and long- and short-term incentive programs at all levels.
• Identify areas of opportunity within current benefits programs; develop, evaluate, improve and communicate methods and techniques for compensating employees.
• Partner with Senior Leadership to develop and roll out incentive & wellness programs that motivate, engage and attract talent in the workforce.
• Stay abreast of relevant laws, regulations, and market trends to ensure compliance with legal requirements and best practices in total rewards management.
• Research, analyze and establish salary ranges and wages for management and administrative positions.
• Identify and resolve issues related to both benefit and compensation programs and implement process improvements and efficiencies.
• Lead change management efforts related to total rewards initiatives, ensuring smooth implementation and adoption across the organization.
