• Establishing and maintaining financial overviews and cash flow tracking.
• Management of grants and financial matters.
• Development and improvement of internal processes.
• Structuring administrative workflows.
• Support with contract management and documentation.
• Coordination with external partners (e.g., tax advisor, service providers).
• Preparation of basic reports and decision-making materials.
• Ensuring transparency on key metrics and issues.
