About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collaborate with the founders to identify and develop new hospitals and points of contact
- Coordinate and support product demos, proposals, and tenders
- Track sales opportunities in a structured way through to closing
- Expand existing customer relationships and identify new opportunities
- Manage software implementations from kickoff to go-live
- Capture customer requirements and align them with the internal team
- Conduct trainings and provide user support
- Ensure reliable project governance and follow-up with stakeholders
- Serve as a point of contact for customer support
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, sales, or implementing B2B software in hospitals
- Knowledge of organizational structures and decision-making processes in German hospitals
- Structured and reliable working style with the ability to oversee multiple projects
- Confident communication with clinical, administrative, and technical stakeholders
- Willingness to take ownership and act decisively
- Fluent German language skills
