About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Collaborate with the founders to identify and develop new hospitals and points of contact
  • Coordinate and support product demos, proposals, and tenders
  • Track sales opportunities in a structured way through to closing
  • Expand existing customer relationships and identify new opportunities
  • Manage software implementations from kickoff to go-live
  • Capture customer requirements and align them with the internal team
  • Conduct trainings and provide user support
  • Ensure reliable project governance and follow-up with stakeholders
  • Serve as a point of contact for customer support

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, sales, or implementing B2B software in hospitals
  • Knowledge of organizational structures and decision-making processes in German hospitals
  • Structured and reliable working style with the ability to oversee multiple projects
  • Confident communication with clinical, administrative, and technical stakeholders
  • Willingness to take ownership and act decisively
  • Fluent German language skills
