About the role
- This is a contract (non-FTE) role.
- You are expected to be able to synthesize and map talent pools, translate role visualizations into talent pool hypothesis and use LinkedIn recruiter and other boolean search tools to locate high quality active and passive candidates, bringing back names for our sourcing team to reach out to.
- You’ll be tasked with generating names for a handful of open searches, reaching out to talent and screening them for the org. Searches will be across all levels and functions with emphasis at the Director, VP level and above.
Requirements
- Advanced proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter
- Minimum 5+ years of total professional experience as a sourcer
- Bachelor's degree required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated and growth-oriented personality
- Comfort with ambiguity and ability to operate independently
- Ability to translate a role visualization into talent pool hypotheses and generate high quality names
- Sense of urgency, proactive delivery of communication and follow up
