About the role

  • Translate mockups and wireframes into production-ready Vue 3 components
  • Build complete features from requirements through deployment
  • Make thoughtful UI/UX decisions with minimal specifications
  • Establish patterns and build reusable components for application consistency
  • Collaborate with backend developers and product team to ship features quickly
  • Optimize performance and ensure responsive, accessible interfaces
  • Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve frontend issues

Requirements

  • 5+ years of frontend development with Vue 3 ecosystem expertise
  • Tailwind CSS for rapid styled component development
  • Solid foundation in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+)
  • Strong design intuition for interpreting and expanding on mockups
  • Ability to translate rough concepts into polished interfaces
  • Comfortable making independent UI/UX decisions
  • Proficiency with Git workflows
  • Modern build tools experience (Vite preferred, Webpack)
  • Experience integrating with backend APIs (GraphQL and/or REST)
  • Self-motivated with excellent communication and independent priority management
  • Linux environments experience (preferred)
  • Docker and containerization familiarity (preferred)
  • Testing experience (Playwright, Vitest, or similar) (preferred)
  • Accessibility best practices and WCAG standards (preferred)
  • Experience with GraphQL for API integration (preferred)
  • Java knowledge or willingness to occasionally read backend code (preferred)
  • Small product team experience (preferred)
  • Open-source contributions (preferred)
