- Cultivate new business through trade shows, prospecting, and strategic partnerships with dealers, integrators, and distributors.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations, uncover customer needs, and position our solutions to solve real-world challenges.
- Strengthen relationships across direct and indirect sales channels to maximize market reach.
- Identify and pursue new vertical markets, and collaborate with product teams to tailor solutions for emerging opportunities.
- Educate partners on product strategies, market trends, and sales techniques to boost performance.
- Act as the voice of the customer, relaying market insights and technical needs to internal teams to enhance product offerings.
- Partner with support teams to resolve issues and ensure seamless customer experiences.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in security/technical sales and management.
- Proven success in B2B sales, with strong presentation and communication skills.
- Deep understanding of security technologies, including cloud-hosted and on-premises surveillance and access control solutions.
- Experience selling SaaS and navigating complex sales cycles.
- Willingness to travel extensively (50–60%) and work on classified projects requiring clearance.
- Comfortable handling confidential information and engaging with high-level stakeholders.
