About the role

  • Demonstrate understanding and engagement with the Securitas Core Values of Integrity, Vigilance and Helpfulness, whilst showing a natural ability to recognise risk within the workplace and consider safety as a priority, complying with relevant policies, procedures and training as provided by the Company.
  • Provide physical security risk analysis and assessments to ensure data centre locations meet security standards, including vulnerability and gap analysis.
  • Perform risk assessment activities to ensure physical security compliance with diverse regulatory and auditing requirements including, but not limited to, SSAE 18, ISO, and PCI.
  • Deliver both written and oral briefings tailored for key business stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the enterprise to ensure risk findings are aligned to prioritized company assets and threats.
  • Support documentation, data, metrics, and KPI tracking to sustain and improve operational performance.
  • Enhance operational strategy by participating in development of processes and services that advance risk visibility and stakeholder decision-making.
  • National and international travel required up to 50%.

Requirements

  • Must have the right to work in the UK.
  • Have a five-year checkable employment history or be able to produce documentary evidence of any period of unemployment, self-employment, or full and part-time education during that period.
  • Ability to embody and uphold the Securitas core values of Integrity, Vigilance, and Helpfulness.
  • Ability to communicate and articulate with a high degree of proficiency in both written and verbal formats.
  • Proficiency in common business productivity tools including Excel, Word, Windows, and Outlook.
  • Customer-focused approach to stakeholder management.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with individuals from various backgrounds, cultures, and organizational levels.
  • Minimum 5+ years of demonstrated experience in physical security risk assessments or directly related functional responsibilities.
  • Experience in risk analysis, security operations, or facility auditing is desirable.
  • Industry certifications in security or related specializations are preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication skills in English—both written and spoken.
