About the role
- Relationship building & account management: You establish long-term business relationships with existing and prospective customers within your sales territory
- Market development: You independently implement sales targets and develop new strategies to penetrate the market
- Contract negotiations: You conduct negotiations and ensure optimal pricing that convinces customers
- Market analysis: You identify market trends, analyze competitors and develop proactive recommendations for action
Requirements
- Professional experience in security technology is a must
- Passion for selling technically complex products that require explanation
- Completed vocational training or degree in a commercial or technical field
- Technical affinity and enthusiasm for technical products
- Willingness to travel regionally
- Excellent German language skills, spoken and written
- High degree of self-motivation and result orientation, strong self- and time-management skills, and excellent communication skills
- Excellent negotiation skills and a strong drive to achieve targets and succeed
- Strong MS Office skills
