  • Relationship building & account management: You establish long-term business relationships with existing and prospective customers within your sales territory
  • Market development: You independently implement sales targets and develop new strategies to penetrate the market
  • Contract negotiations: You conduct negotiations and ensure optimal pricing that convinces customers
  • Market analysis: You identify market trends, analyze competitors and develop proactive recommendations for action

Requirements

  • Professional experience in security technology is a must
  • Passion for selling technically complex products that require explanation
  • Completed vocational training or degree in a commercial or technical field
  • Technical affinity and enthusiasm for technical products
  • Willingness to travel regionally
  • Excellent German language skills, spoken and written
  • High degree of self-motivation and result orientation, strong self- and time-management skills, and excellent communication skills
  • Excellent negotiation skills and a strong drive to achieve targets and succeed
  • Strong MS Office skills
