About the role

  • Establish and maintain long-term business relationships with existing and prospective installer partners in the field of alarm monitoring
  • Independently deliver on sales targets and develop new strategies for market expansion
  • Conduct contract negotiations and ensure optimal pricing
  • Perform needs analyses and prepare customized proposals
  • Present our security solutions on-site or online
  • Work closely with operations to develop customer-specific solutions
  • Represent the company at trade shows and networking events
  • Monitor market trends and competitors, and proactively derive actionable recommendations

Requirements

  • Proven experience and passion for sales preferred, ideally in alarm monitoring and security technology
  • Completed vocational training or degree in a commercial or technical field
  • Technical affinity and enthusiasm for innovative products
  • High willingness to travel within Germany
  • Very good command of German (spoken and written); good English skills
  • Self-motivation, result orientation, and excellent self- and time-management
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Confident user of MS Office
