About the role
- Establish and maintain long-term business relationships with existing and prospective installer partners in the field of alarm monitoring.
- Independently achieve sales targets and develop new strategies to enter and expand the market.
- Conduct contract negotiations and ensure optimal pricing.
- Perform needs analyses and prepare tailored proposals.
- Present our security solutions on-site or online.
- Closely collaborate with operations to develop customer-specific solutions.
- Represent the company at trade shows and networking events.
- Monitor market trends and competitors, and proactively derive actionable recommendations.
Requirements
- Experience and passion for sales preferred, ideally in alarm monitoring and security technology.
- Completed vocational training or degree in a commercial or technical field.
- Technical affinity and enthusiasm for innovative products.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Germany.
- Excellent written and spoken German; good English skills.
- Self-motivation, result orientation, and excellent self- and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
