About the role

  • Establish and maintain long-term business relationships with existing and prospective installer partners in the field of alarm monitoring.
  • Independently achieve sales targets and develop new strategies to enter and expand the market.
  • Conduct contract negotiations and ensure optimal pricing.
  • Perform needs analyses and prepare tailored proposals.
  • Present our security solutions on-site or online.
  • Closely collaborate with operations to develop customer-specific solutions.
  • Represent the company at trade shows and networking events.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors, and proactively derive actionable recommendations.

Requirements

  • Experience and passion for sales preferred, ideally in alarm monitoring and security technology.
  • Completed vocational training or degree in a commercial or technical field.
  • Technical affinity and enthusiasm for innovative products.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within Germany.
  • Excellent written and spoken German; good English skills.
  • Self-motivation, result orientation, and excellent self- and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
