About the role
- Build and maintain long-term business relationships with existing and prospective installer partners in the field of alarm monitoring connections
- Independently implement sales targets and develop new strategies for market development
- Conduct contract negotiations and ensure optimal pricing
- Perform needs analyses and prepare tailored proposals
- Present our security solutions on-site or online
- Work closely with the operations team to develop customer-specific solutions
- Represent the company at trade shows and networking events
- Monitor market trends and competitors and proactively derive actionable recommendations
Requirements
- Experience and passion for sales preferred, ideally in alarm monitoring connections and security technology
- Completed vocational training or degree in a commercial or technical field
- Technical affinity and enthusiasm for innovative products
- High willingness to travel within Germany
- Excellent German language skills, spoken and written; good English skills
- Self-motivation, result orientation, and excellent self- and time-management
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Confident use of MS Office
