• Validate the Narrative: Develop and A/B test various pitches and messaging strategies to identify the "Gold Standard" for different prospect segments.
• Establish Feedback Loops: Create a systematic process to pull insights from the Sales team and communicate them back to Leadership to iterate on the company’s value proposition.
• Deep-Dive Insight Gathering: Go a layer deeper on how our positioning lands by reviewing transcripts and call recordings to identify prospect pain points and pricing sensitivity.
• Drive Consistency & Adoption: Monitor the use of the validated pitch across the sales organization, providing real-time feedback and coaching to ensure global alignment.
• Build Training Cadence: Establish a sustainable rhythm for sales training and communications, ensuring the Sales and CS teams are updated on new talk tracks, objection handling, and competitive intelligence.
• Scale the Function: Design and eventually execute certification programs to ensure every rep is proficient in our core narrative as the team grows.

• Own and grow SecureW2’s social presence
• Build our social footprint from the ground up — strategy, voice, formats, posting cadence
• Turn complex cybersecurity/identity topics into approachable, platform-native content
• Spot good entry points into industry conversations and get us participating
• Build and maintain an engaged audience made up of customers, prospects, partners, and influencers
• Connect organic to demand, ABM, and outbound
• Create and maintain LinkedIn profile guidelines for execs, AEs, SEs, and other key roles (headline, banner, about, featured assets, current offer) and refresh them regularly
• Build and train on simple social selling best practices — who to follow, what to comment, when to DM, what to post
• Ghostwrite short posts for executives and key team members tied to thought leadership, launches, events, competitive moments, and more
• Coordinate with PR partners to support press releases, brief writers, and contribute messaging and quotes
• Help prep executives for interviews, panels, or written responses by creating talking points or refining ghostwritten responses
• Collaborate with Demand Gen, PMM, and Sales to ensure external social and earned comms align with active plays and campaigns
• Run the social content engine
• Own the full social content workflow — planning, creation, approvals, publishing
• Rework existing assets into short, native posts for each platform
• Leverage freelancers/creators as needed for video, motion, carousels, and short clips
• Use AI tools everywhere it makes sense to move faster, test more, and keep quality high
• Measure impact, not just engagement
• Define and report on leading indicators: ICP follower growth, engagement from target accounts, comments/DMs from prospects, employee-post performance
• Where possible, connect social activity to the CRM and report on social-sourced meetings and opportunities
• Highlight which topics, formats, and people are driving pipeline-adjacent conversations, and create a simple internal leaderboard

• Promptly respond to inbound hand-raisers via phone, email, and LinkedIn so no lead is left behind
• Maximize our lead-to-appointment rate, handing off meetings to AEs across all segments
• Research and prioritize accounts using intent, technographics, product/partner signals, and customer journey insights
• Run tight calls to do initial qualification, prospect education, and then hand off detailed context for AEs/SEs
• Treat AI as a force multiplier. Use tools like Clay and LLMs to personalize at scale, test hypotheses, and automate the boring parts
• Experiment with messaging and iterate with different channels and plays, documenting learnings and sharing insights to Marketing, RevOps, and Sales
