Exceed sales goals by promoting unit rentals, unit warranties, moving supplies, and securing positive reviews
Guide and assist new customers through the rental process ensuring smooth transactions
Contact potential reservations to confirm moving dates and secure storage units
Proactively manage past due tenants and handle paperwork for lien/auction process
Deliver exceptional customer service to existing customers
Conduct daily property walks to maintain security, cleanliness, and upkeep, including checking locks, cleaning units, restocking supplies, and light maintenance
Communicate results, updates, and recommendations to the District Manager and Leadership Team
Co-develop shift schedules with the team and occasionally travel to other locations for scheduled shifts
Requirements
Able to move about the entire 1-acre property (indoors and outdoors) for customer tours
Ability to receive, move and restock inventory in boxes up to 50 pounds (on occasion)
Ability to position self for inspection and general maintenance tasks
Ability to recognize potential maintenance, safety, and fire issues
Ability to operate roll-up doors to storage units
Willingness to do some travel (on occasion) to another location for certain scheduled shifts
Energetic, friendly, ambitious self-starter
Availability to work weekends (office open on weekends) with flexible scheduling
