About the role

  • You manage our E‑commerce clients and serve as their primary point of contact
  • You work with internal teams to further develop customer relationships and identify cross‑ and up‑selling opportunities
  • You prepare proposals and contracts and follow them through to a successful close
  • You provide proactive advice on our new E‑commerce products, payment plugins and online shop payment modules
  • You actively contribute to the development of our E‑commerce sales processes
  • You monitor market trends in E‑commerce and actively share your insights

Requirements

  • You love communicating — whether face‑to‑face, by phone or in writing
  • You work in a solution‑oriented way within the team and with our customers
  • You organize your work independently and respond flexibly to new requirements
  • You show initiative, negotiation skills and creativity — also in complex situations
  • Ideally, you already have experience in the financial services sector
  • You are business‑fluent in German and have very good English
