About the role
- Review documentation for new customers and perform KYC processes
- Manage the funding phase and execute payouts to projects and stakeholders
- Monitor project statuses and verify payout conditions
- Process interest and repayments to investors
- Manage incoming payments and returns (chargebacks) as well as tax remittances
- Assist customers by email and phone with payment and transaction inquiries
- Maintain customer data and document changes
Requirements
- Knowledge of payments or crowdfunding
- Experience handling customer inquiries
- Strong numeracy and a structured, accurate way of working
- High willingness to learn and adapt to new software
- Independent and reliable work style
- Sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent German language skills (written and spoken) and good English skills
- Team player with strong communication skills
