About the role
- You support our customers in the e‑commerce segment and act as their primary point of contact.
- You work with internal teams to develop customer relationships and identify cross‑ and upselling opportunities.
- You prepare proposals and contracts and follow them through to successful completion.
- You proactively advise on our new e‑commerce products, payment plugins and online store payment modules.
- You actively contribute to the further development of our e‑commerce sales processes.
- You monitor market trends in e‑commerce and proactively share your insights.
Requirements
- You enjoy communicating—whether in person, by phone or in writing.
- You work in a solution‑oriented way within the team and with our customers.
- You organize your work independently and respond flexibly to new requirements.
- You demonstrate initiative, negotiation skills and creativity—even in complex situations.
- Ideally, you have already gained experience in the financial services sector.
- You are business‑fluent in German and have very good English.
