About the role

  • You support our customers in the e‑commerce segment and act as their primary point of contact.
  • You work with internal teams to develop customer relationships and identify cross‑ and upselling opportunities.
  • You prepare proposals and contracts and follow them through to successful completion.
  • You proactively advise on our new e‑commerce products, payment plugins and online store payment modules.
  • You actively contribute to the further development of our e‑commerce sales processes.
  • You monitor market trends in e‑commerce and proactively share your insights.

Requirements

  • You enjoy communicating—whether in person, by phone or in writing.
  • You work in a solution‑oriented way within the team and with our customers.
  • You organize your work independently and respond flexibly to new requirements.
  • You demonstrate initiative, negotiation skills and creativity—even in complex situations.
  • Ideally, you have already gained experience in the financial services sector.
  • You are business‑fluent in German and have very good English.
