About the role

  • You support our customers in the E‑commerce area and serve as their primary point of contact
  • You work together with the teams to develop customer relationships and identify cross‑selling and upselling opportunities
  • You prepare quotes and contracts and follow them through to successful closing
  • You actively advise on our new e‑commerce products, payment plugins, and online shop payment modules
  • You actively contribute to the further development of our sales processes in e‑commerce
  • You monitor market trends in e‑commerce and proactively share your findings

Requirements

  • You enjoy communicating—whether in person, by phone, or in writing
  • You work in a solution‑oriented way within the team and with our customers
  • You organize your work independently and respond flexibly to new requirements
  • You demonstrate initiative, negotiation skills, and creativity—even in complex situations
  • Ideally, you have prior experience in the financial services sector
  • You are fluent in German and have a very good command of English
