About the role
- You support our customers in the E‑commerce area and serve as their primary point of contact
- You work together with the teams to develop customer relationships and identify cross‑selling and upselling opportunities
- You prepare quotes and contracts and follow them through to successful closing
- You actively advise on our new e‑commerce products, payment plugins, and online shop payment modules
- You actively contribute to the further development of our sales processes in e‑commerce
- You monitor market trends in e‑commerce and proactively share your findings
Requirements
- You enjoy communicating—whether in person, by phone, or in writing
- You work in a solution‑oriented way within the team and with our customers
- You organize your work independently and respond flexibly to new requirements
- You demonstrate initiative, negotiation skills, and creativity—even in complex situations
- Ideally, you have prior experience in the financial services sector
- You are fluent in German and have a very good command of English
