About the role
- You conduct advisory meetings with entrepreneur clients — primarily online via video conference
- You identify risks associated with owner absence and present suitable solutions (emergency plans, digital services)
- You guide customers from first contact through to contract conclusion
- You maintain existing client relationships and identify cross- and up-selling opportunities
- You work closely with partner management and marketing to ensure optimal lead handling
Requirements
- Experience in B2B sales or consultative selling
- Enjoy identifying customer needs and translating them into solutions
- Strong communication skills and a focus on closing deals
- Independent, structured way of working
- CRM knowledge is an advantage, but not required
- High self-motivation and service orientation
