About the role

  • You conduct advisory consultations with business-owner clients — mostly online via video conference
  • You identify risks in the event of an owner's incapacity or absence and present appropriate solutions (contingency plans, digital services)
  • You support clients from first contact through to contract signing
  • You manage existing accounts and identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities
  • You work closely with partner management and marketing to ensure optimal lead handling

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B sales or consultative selling
  • Enjoy recognizing customer needs and translating them into solutions
  • Strong communication skills and a focus on closing deals
  • Independent, structured way of working
  • CRM knowledge is a plus but not required
  • High self-motivation and service orientation
