About the role
- You conduct advisory consultations with business-owner clients — mostly online via video conference
- You identify risks in the event of an owner's incapacity or absence and present appropriate solutions (contingency plans, digital services)
- You support clients from first contact through to contract signing
- You manage existing accounts and identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities
- You work closely with partner management and marketing to ensure optimal lead handling
Requirements
- Experience in B2B sales or consultative selling
- Enjoy recognizing customer needs and translating them into solutions
- Strong communication skills and a focus on closing deals
- Independent, structured way of working
- CRM knowledge is a plus but not required
- High self-motivation and service orientation
