About the role
- Conduct advisory consultations with business owner clients — mostly online via video conference
- Identify risks associated with owner absence and present suitable solutions (emergency plans, digital services)
- Support customers from first contact through to contract signing
- Manage existing customer relationships and identify cross- and upselling opportunities
- Work closely with partner management and marketing to ensure optimal lead handling
Requirements
- Experience in B2B sales or consultative selling
- Enjoy identifying customer needs and translating them into solutions
- Strong communication skills and a results/closing orientation
- Ability to work independently with a structured approach
- CRM experience is a plus — but not required
- High self-motivation and a customer-service orientation
