About the role

  • Conduct advisory consultations with business owner clients — mostly online via video conference
  • Identify risks associated with owner absence and present suitable solutions (emergency plans, digital services)
  • Support customers from first contact through to contract signing
  • Manage existing customer relationships and identify cross- and upselling opportunities

Requirements
