About the role
- Prospecting & Research: Identify and research potential clients and target accounts using various tools and strategies.
- Outreach: Initiate contact with prospects via cold calling, emailing, and social selling (LinkedIn) to gauge interest.
- Lead Qualification: Assess leads against predefined criteria to determine if they are a good fit for the product/service.
- Meeting Booking: Schedule initial discovery calls or demos between qualified leads and Account Executives.
- Nurturing: Follow up with interested prospects and maintain relationships.
- CRM Management: Accurately log activities and update prospect information in the CRM system.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing for campaign alignment and AEs to ensure smooth handoffs.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company's offerings to effectively communicate value.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a B2B SDR, or sales-focused role
- Exposure to or understanding of software development services, digital products, or technology solutions
- Demonstrated success in outbound prospecting, including cold calling and email campaigns
- Experience running creative and data-driven lead generation initiatives
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to uncover challenges and propose solutions
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders
