Collaborate with software engineers (working in Node.js/TypeScript) to ensure secure, performant, and resilient applications.
Mentor engineers and champion DevOps culture and best practices across teams.

Requirements

You’re a pragmatic DevOps engineer with experience in regulated environments, balancing delivery with compliance and operational excellence.
You’re confident working with JavaScript/TypeScript-based applications and collaborating closely with development teams.
You know what “good” looks like for databases like MongoDB and can diagnose, design, and optimise for scale and resilience.
You care deeply about observability—you don’t just monitor systems, you build alerts that engineers can act on.
You’re fluent in AWS best practices, infrastructure-as-code (Terraform), and CI/CD tooling like GitHub Actions.
You’ve had exposure to architectural decisions and willingness to own of platform-level outcomes.
