About the role
- Responsible for clinic supervision and site of care operations within the Cardiology clinics of Central Washington, Montana, and Alaska
- Responsible for the identification of future opportunities for growth, as well as, the development and growth of new and existing sites
- Establishes, implements, and supports operational standards and best practices within the Ambulatory clinic setting
- Ensures safe, efficient, cost effective care is provided to patients and families
- Develops and promotes strategic regional relationships throughout the South Sound region
- In conjunction with the Division Chiefs and Director, is responsible for the implementation of strategic initiatives for the Heart Center and Ambulatory Services
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a clinical major
- Minimum two years of management experience in clinical operations
- Demonstrated performance improvement leadership experience
- Preferred Master’s Degree in health care or business related field
- Experience in a pediatric ambulatory setting
- Five or more years recent experience in an ambulatory management and/or leadership role.
