About the role

  • Responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of Seattle Children’s regional network contracts
  • Ensuring all agreements and amendments are processed efficiently, accurately and in compliance with organizational policies and standards
  • Manages department contract workflow including tracking contracts against renewal/expiration dates
  • Initiates updates, drafts documents, coordinates internal/external/legal reviews, obtains signatures, and stores documents and communications
  • Identifies and implements process improvements in collaboration with Regional Network leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
  • Minimum five (5) years experience, with related experience such as project management, contract management, or healthcare admin/analysis
  • Master's degree in health care administration or business administration preferred
  • Experience with contracting and healthcare.
