About the role
- Define and evolve a multi-year global rewards philosophy
- Act as a key advisor to the CEO, CFO, and CHRO
- Lead the preparation for Compensation Committee meetings
- Design innovative equity programs that align with long-term shareholder value
- Partner closely with Finance to build sophisticated models for merit cycles, promotions, and equity burn rates
- Ensure our team understands the value of their equity, benefits, and perks
- Lead in leveraging AI and automation to streamline HR Operations
- Manage and mentor a high-performing team of compensation, benefits, and ops professionals
Requirements
- 14+ years of experience in Total Rewards or Management Consulting, with at least 5 years leading teams in a high-growth tech environment
- A deep, intuitive understanding of equity mechanics (RSUs, Options, etc.)
- Ability to calculate and track burn rates, overhang, and dilution, translating complex cap table data into clear, actionable forecasts for the CFO and Board
- Data visualization skills to make complex financial concepts digestible for non-technical stakeholders
- Thrives in fast-paced environments and can pivot from a board-level presentation to a granular payroll audit without losing composure
- Willingness to challenge the status quo and drive change thoughtfully and constructively
