About the role
- Own new logo acquisition across major 3PLs, and shippers.
- Break into target accounts and multithread across sustainability, IT, and executive buyers.
- Proactively build and convert pipeline through outbound, networking, and events.
- Run sharp discovery to uncover operational and carbon-reduction priorities
- Control the deal cycle end-to-end — objection handling, negotiation, and closing.
- Deliver compelling demos and articulate clear ROI and operational impact
- Lead negotiations and drive deals from first meeting to signed contract
- Consistently meet and exceed new ARR targets
- Maintain rigorous CRM discipline and accurate forecasting
- Create urgency in long-cycle enterprise sales environments and a market that doesn’t move fast by default.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience carrying a sales quota
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (in English)
- Time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team (remote)
- Flexibility and adaptability to change
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
- Experience in logistics, supply chain or freight tech is a bonus
