• Support the definition and execution of Searoutes' product strategy.
• Identify market opportunities through customer research and competitive analysis.
• Develop business cases for new products and features.
• Prioritize opportunities based on customer value and business impact.
• Conduct customer interviews and discovery sessions.
• Gather feedback from prospects, customers, Sales, and Customer Success.
• Analyze market trends and emerging technologies.
• Monitor competitor positioning and product evolution.
• Translate customer problems into product requirements.
• Partner with Product Managers to define initiatives and roadmap priorities.
• Create product briefs and strategic recommendations.
• Define success metrics and measure product outcomes.
• Work closely with Engineering, Product Management, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Leadership to ensure alignment between customer needs and product delivery.
• Contribute to product launches.
• Help define product positioning and messaging.
• Support enablement materials for Sales and Customer Success.
• Communicate product value internally and externally.
