About the role

  • As a Sales Enablement Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in equipping Searoutes’ sales team with the knowledge, tools, and resources needed to:
  • Develop and maintain sales enablement content, playbooks, and training materials
  • Ensure the sales team can clearly articulate Searoutes’ value proposition
  • Support sales representatives in navigating complex client conversations
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales to align messaging and strategies
  • Translate industry pain points (e.g., Scope 3 emissions tracking, route optimization) into compelling solution narratives
  • Create and maintain knowledge-sharing processes across the sales team
  • Utilize enablement processes and resources directly to support sales opportunities where required
  • Provide feedback loops from sales to marketing and product teams to continuously improve content, messaging, and tools

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in sales support or customer service
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in business process management
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability to change
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
  • Experience in SaaS, logistics, supply chain, or sustainability sectors is a plus
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and analytics dashboards
