• Support the delivery, testing, deployment, and adoption of ServiceNow solutions across federal customers.

• Responsible for the design, deployment, configuration, validation, and operational support of ServiceNow infrastructure components across Development, Test, and Production environments
• Work closely with Government stakeholders, infrastructure teams, and project leadership to ensure stable, resilient, and operationally ready ServiceNow infrastructure deployments aligned with approved architecture designs and enclave requirements
