About the role

  • Design and implement AI-driven solutions to optimize Backoffice processes
  • Identify, prioritize, and execute AI and automation use cases
  • Develop, deploy, and maintain AI models, intelligent workflows, and automation solutions
  • Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, ITSM, data platforms)
  • Work with structured and unstructured data sources to enable AI-driven insights
  • Ensure AI solutions comply with security, privacy, and governance standards
  • Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in AI/ML, data-driven automation, intelligent systems, or software engineering
  • at least 3+ years focused on AI development and automation
  • Experience using GitHub for source control, collaboration, versioning, and review of AI and automation code
  • Hands-on experience with AI technologies including LLMs, prompt engineering, natural language processing, document intelligence, and automation tools
  • Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise systems
  • Solid understanding of Middlewares, REST APIs, webhooks, and event-driven integrations
  • Experience designing and implementing data pipelines and preparing data for AI use
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP) and managed AI/ML services
  • Experience with version control, CI/CD, and basic MLOps practices
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Clear, structured communicator who can explain complex technical concepts in simple terms for decision makers
  • Proactive, ownership-driven mindset
