About the role
- Support end-to-end intern lifecycle processes, from recruitment and onboarding to engagement and conversion.
- Enhance employer branding efforts by contributing to content creation, social media engagement, and outreach strategies.
- Assist in the planning and execution of university engagement initiatives, including career fairs, industry talks, and networking events.
- Drive intern engagement by improving existing programs and organizing meaningful events.
- Refine job descriptions to improve clarity, consistency, and appeal for early careers talent.
- Enhance hiring manager resources and develop an onboarding kit to improve the intern experience.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Interest in employer branding, recruitment, and talent program management.
- Familiarity with social media, content creation, or event planning is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) is beneficial.
