• Architect the Narrative: Define and own SE Ranking’s positioning as the leading platform for brand visibility across AI Search, SEO, and social. Build a category-defining story that elevates us above point-solution competitors.
• Unify the Brand: Integrate SE Ranking and Planable into one cohesive ecosystem, with clear messaging for SMBs while expanding resonance with mid-market decision-makers.
• Go Upmarket: Develop the strategy to increase ACV and retention — moving from high-velocity SMB into a durable mid-market engine. Partner with Sales and Product to align GTM plays.
• Crack the US Market: Build a dominant presence in the US, with strong brand awareness, demand gen programs, and pipeline coverage aligned to sales targets.
• Scale the Org: Recruit and develop senior leaders across brand, demand gen, product marketing, and regional marketing. Create a high-performing, metrics-driven marketing function.
• Drive Efficiency: Establish clear performance metrics across LTV/CAC, pipeline contribution, NDR, and brand health — ensuring marketing investments deliver outsized impact.
