• Contribute to day-to-day HR activities across the DACH region, from data maintenance to the employee lifecycle.
• Take ownership of tasks and gain realistic, hands-on insight into operational HR management in an EdTech company.
• Support the digitalization and further development of HR processes.
• Maintain personnel data in Personio, handle inquiries and contract adjustments.
• Support employees throughout their journey from onboarding to offboarding, including preparing employment references.
