About the role

  • Lead HR operations BPO services for the SAP MPS (Managed Payroll Services) and BPO service organization
  • Ensure delivery assurance and high quality operational support across HR areas (time management, benefits, pensions, insurances, garnishments)
  • Orchestrate service delivery for customers and ensure seamless execution of tasks
  • Act as subject matter expert providing guidance, mentorship and training to medior team members
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and maintain close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
  • Define and establish global and local standard processes; support design, implementation, and maintenance of global payroll and HR process standards
  • Drive continuous improvement by assessing localization activities, managing process deviations, and recommending optimal solutions
  • Contribute to local Target Operating Model (TOM) and country-specific operating models; develop operational documentation and training materials
  • Support HR transformation projects focused on process optimization, technology enhancements, and employee experience improvements
  • Manage maintenance of SOPs, guidelines, and critical process documentation
  • Develop and implement training plans for new team members
  • Maintain stakeholder communication and monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and new technologies
  • Serve as final escalation point for complex cases and support operating teams to ensure client satisfaction
  • Support change order management for internal applications and liaise with third parties for change requests

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in HR and Payroll outsourcing within an enterprise business outsourcing environment
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes (time tracking, benefits management, pensions, garnishments, insurance)
  • Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle management, HR compliance and regulations
  • Experience managing client relationships and delivering HR services to multinational clients
  • Strong knowledge of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and KPI measurement and reporting
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with clients and collaborate across teams
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and meet client needs efficiently
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks for the team effectively, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Fluent in English and Finnish (verbal and written)
  • Certifications such as CPP, CPS or CPM are a plus
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Payroll, Call Centre technology, HR analytics and automation tools is a plus
  • Experience in a Payroll and BPO outsourcing environment is preferred
  • Ability to drive continuous improvement and manage process deviations
