About the role
- Co-responsible for successful implementation of Protime HRIS software projects in France regarding time registration and planning
- Work online with a variety of clients from SMEs to large international companies to ensure the best customer journey
- Analyse and understand customer needs regarding HR software and translate them into the best possible solution within the software
- Implement software by configuring and customizing it based on client-specific requirements
- Provide system configuration, trainings, workshops, advice and support to help clients get the most out of the software
- Occasionally support Customer Care team in resolving backlog tickets depending on workload
- Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to success of HRIS implementation projects
- Participate in an extensive onboarding program and continuously learn about the software
Requirements

- Knowledge or experience in the HR domain is a plus but not required

- Willingness to submit a Certificate of Character and undergo background check upon successful completion of interviews
