About the role
- Coordinate the end-to-end deployment process for new clients
- Configure, install, and set up our Deliverect and Kiosk solutions
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the onboarding phase
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Care teams
- Collect and deliver crucial client feedback to our technical and product teams
- Mentor junior team members by acting as a technical reference
- Proactively monitor client progress and identify potential issues
Requirements
- A proven track record of 2 years in a client-facing role such as customer onboarding, implementation, or technical project management
- A proactive and resourceful problem-solving mindset
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional fluency in both French and English
- Natural leadership abilities and a strong team-player mentality
- A deep sense of empathy and a client-first orientation
- Previous experience in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment
