About the role
- Execute strategic outbound campaigns targeting renewable energy asset owners, operators, O&M providers, IPPs, and financial institutions.
- Research and identify key decision-makers within target accounts, including C-level executives, VPs of Operations, Asset Managers, and Portfolio Managers.
- Utilize multiple outreach channels such as cold calling, email sequences, LinkedIn, and industry events to engage prospects.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities using CRM and sales engagement tools.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand prospects’ renewable energy portfolios, pain points, and operational challenges.
- Qualify leads based on the ideal customer profile, including portfolio size, technology stack, and growth trajectory.
- Clearly communicate the company’s value proposition, demonstrating how the AI-powered platform enhances operational efficiency, maintenance, and financial visibility.
- Schedule and coordinate qualified meetings and demos for the Account Executive team with detailed handoff notes.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives, the CEO in Austin, and the sales and product teams in Israel to align on target accounts, messaging, and campaign strategies.
- Participate in regular team syncs across time zones to share insights, best practices, and market intelligence.
- Provide feedback to the marketing team on campaign performance, messaging effectiveness, and the competitive landscape.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of outbound playbooks, scripts, and processes.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas for qualified meetings, pipeline generation, and conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities, conversations, and prospect statuses in CRM.
- Track and analyze performance metrics, including call volume, email response rates, and meeting conversion rates, to optimize outreach strategies.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in SDR, BDR, or inside sales role with a focus on outbound prospecting
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding pipeline generation and activity quotas
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to engage C-level executives
- Strong research and qualification skills with attention to detail
- Self-motivated, competitive, and resilient with the ability to handle rejection and maintain high activity levels
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with cross-functional and international teams
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and sales engagement platforms (Outreach, SalesLoft, Apollo, or similar)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
