General

• Provide technical support to the program manager and meet program quality control and accreditation requirements

• Conduct both onsite and desk audits according to standards and program requirements
• Complete audits by adhering to agreed timelines
• Support the documentation, communication, and closure of audit findings
• Maintain audit timeline and tracking per assessment project
• Provide high level of customer service throughout the audit process
• Complete clear technical audit reports with increasing complexity

Accounting Manager

• Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations and underlying analysis in areas such as cash, prepaid expenses, revenue recognition and accruals
• Reviews accounting transactions for accuracy and completeness
• Maintains and produces regular financial reports
• Works to improve data quality and report design with a focus on business partner needs
• Provide accounting policy guidance to ensure financial transactions are accurate, timely and comply with company policies
• Support company and department efforts to establish appropriate internal controls and assist in implementation of new policies and procedures
• Maintain detailed accounting documentation in support of relevant legal, regulatory, and audit requirements

• Maintain current and thorough understanding of relevant accreditation standards through conference attendance and trainings.
• Develop and implement procedures to increase quality and efficiency of auditing services.
• Lead identification, investigation, and resolution of quality issues, non-conformities, and complaints.
