About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Maintain marketing calendars/roadmaps and oversee the distribution and tracking of all internal marketing and sales support documentation for designated programs
  • Track and monitor sales data, maintain customer and prospect databases, and prepare reports from Salesforce and HubSpot
  • Provide list acquisition support using marketing tools such as HubSpot and Zoom Info
  • Support marketing campaigns through the creation of emails and landing pages in HubSpot
  • Manage webinar campaigns including set-up, email communications, registrant management, and campaign monitoring
  • Support the promotion and execution of a wide range of trade shows and conferences, and provide onsite support for packing, shipping, and supply inventory management
  • Provide program sales team support through lead list and data management

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or comparable work experience
  • 1+ years of experience in a similar marketing role
  • Proven working experience in marketing, particularly within the sustainability, climate, energy, or associated industries
  • Working knowledge of HubSpot and Salesforce
  • Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat and MS Office including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • Excellent writing, proof-reading, and communication skills
  • Solid database and lead management skills
  • Ability to prioritize and deliver results for multiple projects simultaneously
