About the role
- Lead and grow a team of 5+ engineers, providing day-to-day management, coaching, and career development.
- Drive velocity of growth experimentation and own key systems like onboarding and self-service billing flows.
- Partner with Product, Design, and Marketing to align growth initiatives and deliver measurable impact.
- Establish an experimentation culture: set up, run, and analyze A/B tests that directly influence activation, conversion, and retention.
- Build scalable operating models as the team expands, potentially growing into oversight of multiple subteams (e.g., billing and growth).
Requirements
- Proven experience leading engineering teams, ideally in a high-growth SaaS or consumer technology company.
- Strong background in A/B testing, experimentation, and growth-focused engineering.
- Experience managing and scaling teams, with a passion for mentorship and career development.
- Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on problem-solving.
