About the role
- Expand and evolve sponsored media by identifying, testing, and scaling new channels (podcasts, newsletters, creator-driven campaigns, emerging platforms)
- Experiment boldly and systematically — run data-driven experiments to test hypotheses and uncover scalable sponsored media channels and formats
- Design and operationalize playbooks that scale — create repeatable systems, document processes, and standardize experiments
- Measure and optimize performance by tying spend to acquisition outcomes, learning quickly from results, and reinvesting in winners
- Forge and manage high-impact partnerships with creators and influencers that can drive efficient user acquisition
- Lead sponsored media expansion and adapt short-form video playbook to new channels
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in growth marketing or related roles, with proven success driving user acquisition
- Proven experience building and growing something online (personal projects, social account, or business)
- Highly organized and process-driven, with experience turning experiments into repeatable systems
- Strong analytical skills and fluency in interpreting performance data
- Nice to have: STEM degree in any discipline
