Sales Development Rep

• Generate qualified pipeline through outbound and inbound prospecting across assigned territories.
• Partner closely with aligned Sales Directors to execute coordinated territory and account plans.

• Maintain accurate Salesforce hygiene and order documentation to support forecasting, reporting, and territory visibility.
• Complete quotations for Transpara® portfolio of solutions.
• Work closely with assigned Sales Directors on strategy and go-to-market approaches within assigned territory.
• Provide market feedback and insights to help refine messaging, playbooks, go-to-market strategy, and creation of territory business plans.

Sales Development Representative

General Counsel

• Continuously monitor and interpret evolving privacy regulations in the EU and US, creating strategic plans for compliance and practical improvements to safeguard personal data.
• Maintain and update the Record of Processing Activities (ROPA), privacy policies, and procedures aligned with the QMS.
• Review, draft, and negotiate key contracts including distribution agreements, End User License Agreements (EULAs), Data Processing Agreements (DPAs), and other contracts.

• Proactively define & lead the Data strategy to serve ScreenPoint business needs.
• Own the end to end data process from the acquisition, governance, and utilization of large-scale medical imaging and clinical datasets from global partners to drive innovation, product excellence, and clinical showcase.
• Ensure data quality, compliance, and scalability (standardization and traceability processes) aligned with regulatory requirements.

• Own the product backlog: Define, refine, and prioritize backlog items based on clinical workflows, user needs, and MRI-specific interoperability and integration requirements.
