• Act as the primary point of accountability for customer success, satisfaction, retention, and long-term value realization.
• Drive gross retention and net revenue retention by ensuring customers adopt, expand, and fully realize the clinical and operational value of ScreenPoint’s solutions.
• Identify expansion, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities in partnership with Sales, based on customer goals, usage patterns, and maturity.

Implementation Specialist

• Lead remote and on-site installations of Transpara across hospital and imaging center environments
• Validate infrastructure readiness (hardware, virtualization, networking, security, DICOM routing)

• Continuously monitor and interpret evolving privacy regulations in the EU and US, creating strategic plans for compliance and practical improvements to safeguard personal data.
• Maintain and update the Record of Processing Activities (ROPA), privacy policies, and procedures aligned with the QMS.
• Review, draft, and negotiate key contracts including distribution agreements, End User License Agreements (EULAs), Data Processing Agreements (DPAs), and other contracts.
