About the role

  • Engage shoppers by explaining the features and benefits of Scotts products
  • Provide our retail partners product knowledge for all Scotts products
  • Restock shelves, and displays while ensuring products are clean, faced, priced correctly
  • Collaborate closely with the Scotts Sales Manager to execute sales strategies
  • Assemble fixtures and in-store displays designed to capture customer attention
  • Set up and maintain signage and promotional materials that highlight value

Requirements

  • Strong initiative and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to routinely walk, stand, climb an 8–12-foot ladder, lift up to 45 lbs (occasionally)
  • Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends as required
  • Reside within 25 km of the assigned location
  • Possess a valid driver’s license, acceptable driver’s abstract
  • Willing to submit and successfully pass a Canada Criminal Background Check
  • Must be able to speak English fluently
  • For positions based in Quebec, French is mandatory, and bilingualism (French and English) is considered an asset
  • Reliable access to a vehicle during work hours
