Own consolidated enterprise TMO status reporting, including milestones, risks, issues, decisions, and executive-level insights
Prepare clear, concise materials for steering committees and executive reviews
Ensure consistent application of project management standards
Partner with initiative leads and Finance to support value realization planning
Track and report progress against expected benefits
Support the rollout, adoption, and ongoing optimization of Planview
Facilitate regular project and stakeholder communications to ensure alignment
Lead and support cross-functional transformation initiatives

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
5+ years of project management experience
Experience managing cross-functional initiatives with executive visibility
Familiarity with portfolio management tools such as Planview (or similar platforms)
Strong understanding of value realization, benefits tracking, and KPI reporting
PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification preferred
