About the role

  • Engage shoppers by explaining the features and benefits of Scotts products
  • Provide our retail partners product knowledge for all Scotts products
  • Restock shelves, and displays while ensuring products are clean and merchandise to drive visibility
  • Collaborate closely with the Scotts Sales Manager to execute sales strategies
  • Assemble fixtures and in-store displays designed to capture customer attention
  • Set up and maintain signage and promotional materials that highlight value, new products, and seasonal deals

Requirements

  • Possess a valid driver’s license, acceptable driver’s abstract
  • Must be able to speak English fluently
  • For positions based in Quebec, French is mandatory, and bilingualism (French and English) is considered an asset
  • Reliable access to a vehicle during work hours
  • Steel-toe CSA Green Triangle boots or shoes are required.
