About the role
- Lead and execute the demand planning process for designated products
- Create and monitor forecasts in JDA for all customers
- Provide one point of contact for all forecasting related questions
- Collaborate with business development teams to incorporate customer specific information
- Drive Consensus Meetings to review rolled up forecasts
- Communicate known forecast changes and work to close forecast gaps
- Be the subject matter expert on your item level data and forecasts
- Track performance of new items and improve forecasting processes
- Drive continuous improvement by examining existing processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in Demand Planning in retail or consumer products
- Experience with SAP, JDA or similar demand planning systems
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Access and Excel
- Proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and statistical skills
